Well, tomorrow is my last day at my current job. It's mostly a good thing - I will be able to focus more on my studies and produce the quality of work I want, rather than run out of time and just settle for what I was able to do. I just love it when I get really good vid ideas when a) I don't really have video editing software, b) the footage I'd want to use doesn't exist yet, and won't be available for at least a couple of years, and c) I have a million other vids planed - some in quite some detail, some just song-fandom-paring/character-theme.

You always hear about how schooling doesn't actually help you much with real-world skills and the like, and to some extent I knew that. They really should make all High School seniors take a course - required for graduation - on writing resumes and cover letters, teaching you how to prep for job interviews, and how to sell yourself without being ( Read more... )
